Assistance: TN DG-SS-10 / TN 800/52
At this point, we would like to provide you with some practical assistance for implementing TM DG-SS-10 and TM800/52.
- Physical procedures (measures 1 to 5 of the TM):
– Check the spherical plain bearings (measure 1)
If this check yields a negative result, the respective bearings must be replaced in accordance with Service Info 001-92 Revision 1 (measure 2)
– Installation of new retaining elements (measures 3 to 5)
Regardless of the result of the “bearing check,” the installation of new retaining elements is mandatory by February 28, 2026. This urgency is also confirmed by EASA (P)AD 25-186 and 25-187. - Documentation:
– Replacement of manual pages (measure 6, pilot/owner)
– Approval of the inspection and modifications by Part 66 staff in accordance with ML.A.801 (b) 1
