Ordering spare parts and accessories
We keep thousands of different items ready for our customers in our extensive warehouse. Our team ensures fast, worldwide shipping. We will be happy to inform you about availability, delivery time and price of our articles.
We try to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. However, there may always be delays in delivery from our partners. Should your order take a longer period of time, we will inform you accordingly. We kindly ask for your understanding.
Please note that the following order form is only for ordering spare parts directly. If you would like a quotation in advance, please contact us directly by email at ersatzteile@dg-aviation.de.
The following order form is exclusively for ordering spare parts for the TM-DG-SS-09. Please use this order form to place an order for this TM.
For a smooth processing of your order, we ask you to consider the following things:
Opening Hours
Our spare parts department is open for you from Monday to Friday between 7:00 and 16:00 CET. We are available both by telephone and for personal collection during these hours.
Spare Part Descriptions
In your current maintenance manual you will find drawing numbers for all common spare parts of your aircraft. Please be sure to quote these numbers to avoid confusion and misunderstandings. If you cannot find an exact description of your spare part, you are also welcome to take a photo of the part and attach the photo to your order.
Please always include the complete shipping and billing address. As the addresses of contact persons change frequently, especially in clubs, our database is not always up to date.
Service Contract
If you own an aircraft that is affected by the Service Contract, please mention your valid contract number when ordering. Please understand that we cannot process your order without a valid contract number.
Repairs
Please contact us before sending us parts for repair so that we can discuss all the necessary precautions. Aircraft parts as well as electronics which have to be sent to us for repair, have to be marked sufficiently, so that an allocation to the customer is always possible. If these come from abroad (not EU), please note the following:
- A proforma invoice must be in the package and attached to the outside of the package clearly visible.
- In a proforma invoice, the spare part must be described exactly with the note “for repair”.
- In order to avoid paying unnecessary taxes and customs duties, please contact our spare parts service in advance to get to know the correct value of the used parts.
Minimum Order Values
The minimum order value is 30,00 € excl. VAT. For smaller order quantities we charge a handling fee of up to 10,00 €. If you pick up your spare parts in person this rule does not apply.
Payments
German customers can pay by credit card, bank transfer or bank debit memo. Customers from abroad can pay by credit card or via pre-payment.
