Unfortunately it is not possible to retrofit this feature on old gliders due to technical reasons. The first aircraft with this equipment was recently delivered to its new Norwegian customer. This feature makes the DG-1001M the first double seated self launcher in 20m class that can be flown by handicapped pilots.
