Ensuring our high standards and the continuous development of our company is only possible with well-trained and dedicated employees. At the same time, above all, practical experience forms the necessary basis for finding practical procedures and improvements. It is the aim of our training policy to find the right balance between apprenticeship and practical experience. Therefore, we see it as our task to give young people a perspective by means of an apprenticeship as a light aircraft builder and to integrate them into our company afterwards.<\/p>\n
