Makoto Ichikawa, better known as “Mac” has set a new Australian continental record on his LS8. On 25th of December 2018 he was able to fly a 1.100km jojo out of Tocumwal airport. Two days later, he was again able to use good weather and fly a 1000km FAI triangle with a distance of 1.026 km and a total distance of 1.193 km!
