We permanently receive electrical devices or parts to conduct repairs or technical notes (e.g. control units or landing gear components) from customers abroad. Unfortunately the value of these parts or the invoice is often specified wrong or missing. In such case high labour and customs cost occur which we unfortunately have to pass through to our customers.

We kindly ask you to get in contact with our spare parts department before sending parts to DG from abroad. This will help to reduce cost and speed up the process.
